Cancellation by Traveler
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email. Refund eligibility is determined by the notice period before the confirmed service date.
Typical Refund Windows
More than 30 days before tour: full refund minus processing fees. 14-29 days: partial refund. Less than 14 days: non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Supplier Terms
Third-party suppliers (hotels, transportation, attractions, guides) may impose stricter terms, which take precedence for those booked components.
No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the agreed meeting point/time without prior written notice is treated as a no-show and is generally non-refundable.
Cancellation by Operator
If cancellation is required due to force majeure or material operational constraints, we will offer rescheduling and/or the best available refund option based on recoverable supplier costs.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may include fare, supplier, or seasonal price adjustments.
